I entered college a short time ago and soon after I stopped, to improve my consistency and dedicate myself 100% to the life of an athlete. I do my Jiu Jitsu training twice a day: I go to Méier, GF Team headquarters, where I do my competition training at 2 pm, and in the evening I train in the commercial class at Professor Bruno Granola's academy, where I work more on positions and always end up doing a few more rolls. As for the physical part, I do it in the morning, I usually use weight training as a way to generate a complement to my game that is more explosive. In supplementation I use Protein and BCAA, in addition, I sometimes use a pre-workout to help lose weight, when necessary.
