Biography

I was born and raised in Oregon. Moved to Northern California to continue my martial arts journey. I picked up wrestling at a young age and feel in love with combat Sports. Eventually, taking up Martial Arts training at the age of 16. I’ve been competing in the sport for over 3 years now. I have fought adversity all my life and thought might as well do it in front of a crowd to show people who I am. It grew into the single largest passion of mine and a dream to eventually become the best in the World....

Question: What inspires you about BJJ? MMA?

Answer: I’m inspired by life in general. That no matter where you come from, you can be something. Mixed Martial Arts is a way of showcasing who I am as a person and to become the best in the world. .

Question: Who inspires you, past or present? Why do they inspire you?

Answer: My mom inspires me to be the best version of myself possible. ...

Question: What are your goals for this year? Next 3 years? Next 5 years?

Answer: “This year my goals are to continue building my record in the sport and grab another title. My goals in 3 years are to turn professional and build up my record in the pro ranks. My goals within 5 years are to get contracted in a major organization and win a title.

Question: How long have you been training?

Answer:Been wrestling since a very young age. Started training in MMA since I was 16, so 7 years now.

Question: How often do you train?

Answer:I train 5-6 days per week with a day off to recover. .

Question: Major accomplishments you’ve achieved during that time?

Answer: I won the RF Bantamweight Championship in 2017 and plan on capturing many more.

Question: Do you have a go-to finishing move?

Answer: I have certain moves I am known for but I do whatever comes naturally in my fights.

Question: What do you think it takes to become a champion in your sport?

Answer: Dedication and sacrifice. Doing the work behind closed doors that no one sees. Most of all, consistency. .

Question: What sort of gear do you usually keep in your gym bag before hitting the gym? Do you have different items for specific days?

Answer:, I carry around everything that way it’s there when I need it. Boxing and MMA gloves,headgear, shin guards, mouth guard, jump rope and knee pads. Specific GI Jiu Jitsu days, I’ll carry my GI as well..
