Question: What will you suggest to the newcomers?
Answer: I will help them, teach some jiu-jitsu techniques to them, and also present the best brand of kimono, Elite Sport.
Question: What does it mean for you to be a fighter?
Answer: Being a jiu-jitsu fighter is to exchange hours of sleep in your comfortable bed for hours and more hours of training; It's getting out in the cold rain or hot, scorching sun for yet another day of hard training; It is to have responsibility and not to attack or humiliate an unprotected or defenseless; It is to respect the graduates and to mirror themselves in them; It is loving yourself and your neighbor, respecting the weakest, but NEVER be one of them; It is to have the spirit of a warrior and fight to the death, if necessary, to be proud of the victory; It is to have discipline to say no when they call you to leave in the sacred hour of your training; It is to faithfully follow all the millennial traditions of soft art, which are forgotten by many; It is necessary to be cold, to change the embraces and cares of the loved one by strangulations, twists, dislocations and blood; It is to control their feelings, and sometimes, to get rid of some of them; It is having as a family your jiu-jitsu team; It is to understand the lessons of your master and apply them in your life, however hard they are; It is to be courageous to put at risk your physical integrity, in which it can often be serious; It is to overcome the pains and not give up the goals; It is to change everything and everyone to train and feel conformed to it; His ears, knees and other joints will never be the same, but he will never stop practicing this sport. That is to be a respect fighter.
