My daughter uses this all the time. It gives her the partner needed to practice the jujitsu she is learning. We work with her a lot, but don’t always have the time and this gives her real life positions that go right along with her classes. 100% worth it good quality and great design at a nice price. We used pool noodles on the arms and legs, clothes on the torso and polyfil around the noodles in the limbs and for the head. It has a good weight and seems very durable when I show her submissions on it.

I asked chat for an approximate on how much polyfill would be need to fill a kids dummy and was told roughly 20 lbs; however, it takes less than 10 lbs. The adult one probably takes roughly 20 lbs.
