Question: What inspires you about BJJ? MMA?
Answer: BJJ is not necessarily about size, it’s about the technique. In BJJ little guys can still rule.
Question: Who inspires you, past or present? Why do they inspire you?
Answer: My brothers for sure, they always train hard. I love Demetrious Johnson such a little man with such deadly power...
Question: What are your goals for this year? Next 3 years? Next 5 years?
Answer: Continue to train hard, winning gold and compete internationally. I hope I’ll get to the size of my brothers soon so I could finally get a fair roll with them...
Question: How long have you been training?
Answer: 2 years
Question: How often do you train?
Answer: At least 4 days a week.
Question: What do you think it takes to be a champion in your sport?
Answer: Be focus on your goal. Train as much as you can, hard work pays off.
Question: Do you have a go-to finishing move?
Answer: It’s the Arm-Bar for sure. The last tournament I won all of my 3 fights with Arm-Bar.
Question: Do you have any advice for your competitors?
Answer: Always have fun and enjoy what you do. Try not to fight angry, usually that doesn’t help.
Question: What sort of gear do you usually keep in your gym bag before hitting the gym? Do you have different items for specific days?
Answer:, Water bottle, Gi, No-Gi, belt, mouth guard, extra clothes for after the class..
