Kyra Gracie Inducted Into the ADCC Hall of Fame

Kyra Gracie, one of the only two women Gracie family members to receive a black belt in BJJ, has been crowned as the ADCC’s fifth Hall of Famer, an announcement that comes a week after the submission wrestling federation announced Ricardo Arona as the fourth inductee.

As per the @adcc_official on Instagram, “Kyra is a 3X ADCC champion who never lost a match in her division, going 9-0. She is also the youngest ADCC female champion, winning her first ADCC title on her 20th birthday.”

Winning the women’s under 60kf title at the ADCC in 2005, 2007 and 2011, Kyra has also finished first in the IBJJF world championships in 2006, twice in 2008 and 2010, accounting for all the years she didn’t participate in the ADCC.
