Q&A Session Between Chance Norman and Elite Sports
Question: What inspires you about BJJ?
Answer: Jiu-jitsu serves as more than just a workout. It can be used as a form of self-expression, as a release from life, a way to train the body and mind, a great way to find community in like-minded individuals, a confidence booster, and a tool to help deal with everyday issues in life. The fact that something as simple as a form of fighting can be used in so many ways is what inspires me the most.
