Please submit a return or exchange request at our Returns & Exchanges Page. If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping within 30 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse. If you are exchanging a product we will issue you store credit within 7 business days after we receive the product in exchangeable condition at our warehouse.

If you have any doubts about your return, please contact our customer service staff prior to you sending the item back, any item returned without proper RMA will not be accepted. Our return policy is fast and easy but there are still some ground rules to follow. We will accept any return without restocking fees as long as they meet the following criteria.

45 days limit from date you receive your package for all merchandise purchased during our Holidays Sales.
