Answer: The ability to train daily and constantly improve.

Answer: Roberto Traven and jacare Souza.

Question: Why do they inspire you?

Answer: My professor and friend jacare. He is an intense competitor.

Answer: Pan Am championship, World Championship, Brown Belt.

Answer: Black belt and to grow my academy.

Answer: 3 ½ years.

Answer: 3 times daily.

Answer: Persistence.

Question: What sort of gear do you usually keep in your gym bag before hitting the gym?

Answer: Rash Guard, Grappling Shorts, and two Gis.

Answer: No.

Answer: The mat is the only place you can’t lie.

Answer: Yes I am Calorie restricted prior to competition because I am cutting weight.

Answer: keep your game simple and have a plan.

Answer: I don’t care about my competitor, I play my game.
